• A purpose-built facility housing a 12-bedded ward and 12 individual bedrooms, designed to ensure IMP containment and participant safety
  • The ability to handle complex clinical trials with GMO products; special practices for limiting the unwanted establishment or transfer of GMOs beyond the intended location
  • Laboratories for blood and tissue sample preparation including high throughput PK/PD processing and isolation of PBMC
  • Human immunology techniques including flow cytometry, ELISA, ELISPOT, bead separation, imaging and microarray
  • Short and long term tissue culture, antigen stimulation assays, serology and mucosal biopsy and secretions analysis
  • Storage at 4°C, –20°C, –70°C, -80°C and cryostorage in vapour phase liquid nitrogen (-160°C to -190°C); continuous temperature monitoring
